3. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, UI/UX designs, algorithms, databases, and structural architecture remain the exclusive property of Neptune Infotech. This includes, but is not limited to, our custom software implementations and modern framework architectures.
4. Third-Party Integrations and Ads
Our applications may display third-party content, links, and advertisements. Neptune Infotech is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party platforms. Your interaction with any ad network embedded within our mobile software is solely at your own risk.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
Our services and applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we employ rigorous bug-proofing, strict memory management, and defensive programming standards, we cannot guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or impervious to silent network drops. Neptune Infotech shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
